English Hill Seller Advantage

As a Real Estate Broker, my job begins well before your home goes on the market.  A large part of the value that I bring to my clients is helping them get their home ready to sell for top dollar.  Moving out of your home is stressful and expensive.  This is why I have put together the English Hill Seller Advantage Program, to help make the transition as easy, and as profitable, for you as possible.

Home Inspection – I provide a pre-listing home inspection with a reputable home inspector. In this fast-moving market, most sellers provide a report to buyers which allows them to make the most competitive offer possible.  Depending on the size of your home, this can be up to a $1,500 value.

Housecleaning – I provide a complimentary pre-listing deep cleaning of your home.  If you already have a housecleaner, that is just fine!  Otherwise I have cleaners that I know and trust. A typical deep clean costs $750.

Landscaping and Exterior Refresh – I provide a $350 credit to help make your home look as good on the outside as it does inside.  And like the housecleaner, I am happy to work with your service provider or refer one of mine.

Staging Consultation – I work with top-notch stagers who are excellent at what they do. Prior to listing your home I will provide a complimentary consultation with a stager who will provide a staging proposal to maximize the return on your home.

Referrals and Project Management – When getting your home ready for market there are repairs that need to be made.  I have trusted services providers that can address issues from your crawlspace to your attic and everything in between.  Even more, my team handles the scheduling so you don’t have to.
